How do we work? It all starts with a contact from our new clients, this can be by telephone, email or post. We like to build a very strong relationship with all our clients and this starts with the very first phone call, whether you have called us or if we have called you back. We will have a brief discussion during a telephone conversation where a completely free and no obligation consultation will be arranged. We will visit you at a time and place to suit you, this can be at work, home or even the pub. It may be at 10am or even 8pm, we will even meet with you at the weekend if you would prefer. We can make arrangements around your work and your privacy. During the consultation we will gather as much information as you can give us so that we can fully understand your situation. There are no forms to complete and we will present you with the most suitable solutions for you chose the best for you. Once the consultation is over and the solution has been decided upon, we will arrange a series of intermediate solutions that will relieve the number of threatening letters and phone calls. We want all our clients to have quiet and stress free time whilst with us. Your solution will then proceed along our various processes to the point where your solution is delivered and completed. At this stage you will be completely debt free and the only way is up! |
